Not to mention I've had all three of these mods running together since I first installed Skyrim and this bug is only manifesting itself after 45 hours of gameplay. Well I can probably rule out all three that you mentioned because Strangers only runs once and NPC greetings only affects the distance already-friendly NPCs greet you at, and so the only one that might have to do at all with aggression is Run For Your Lives, and it only affects people in towns while my bug doesn't. I strongly suggest if you using Mod Organizer create a copy of your current profile, you can mess that profile up, delete /add /test mods, you will still have your original profile to go back. If you still got these issues in the new game, then one of your mod creating the problem, disable them one by one to find out which one is doing it. If you don`t then your save is beyond repair, and you have to start a new game. If it is not, start a new game and see if you got the issue without these mods. I would suggest removing them first, and clean the game with savegame cleaner, wait couple hours ingame, clean again, then see if it is fixed. You got these three which affect Npcs/ npcs behaviour.
